Downward Dog is everywhere—it shows up in beginner classes, advanced flows, and everything in between. But here’s the reality: while it’s one of yoga’s most common poses, it’s also one of the most misunderstood.

This 1.5-hour interactive workshop will take what you think you know about Downward Dog and give you fresh insight into how to practice (and, if you teach, how to share) the pose in a way that supports all bodies.
